We offer several packages and options beginning at $200. 360 tours, video tours, twilight photography, and virtual staging are among our offerings. A full menu of services and pricing are available for residential and commercial properties.

Appointments can be requested by email, text or phone at [email protected] or 713-816-5564. From there we will send you an order form to fill out so you may enter the services you would like to order for your listing. We recommend booking your appointment a week in advance to ensure that you are able to book the date you’re requesting.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00AM-5:00 PM

A photoshoot takes on average 30 minutes to 1 hour (photo only) depending on the square footage.

We will send a confirmation email 1-2 business days prior to the shoot. The confirmation email includes the exact appointment time in the subject line. If you have a specific time request, let us know when you are booking the appointment in the notes section of the order form.

It depends on your preference. In the price guide we have added the suggested sqft for each photo package to help with your decision.

Payment is due upon booking to reserve your appointment. The date/time will stay open to others until the payment has been made in full. You will receive an email with your invoice that you may pay with credit card.

No need to meet the photographer unless you would like to be there. If you cannot be there please leave a combination lockbox at the property and make sure to put the lockbox combo in the order form. We do not have access to open Supra boxes at this time.

For residential clients, photos will be ready the next business day. Commercial clients will receive their images within 1 week upon receipt of selection. You will receive a link to your gallery via email.

No problem! We can reschedule the photoshoot to Feather & Arrow’s next available day free of charge. Alternatively we can keep the appointment and only photograph the interiors and return on Feather & Arrow’s next available day free of charge. If you would like to choose the date/time of the retakes, or if you need it to be on a certain date/time, there is a return shoot fee of $75.

There is no cancellation fee if you notify us 24 hours prior to the photoshoot. For same day cancellations there is a $75 fee upon booking your rescheduled date. This includes instances where the photographer is unable to photograph the house (no lockbox, no one present to let them in, property not in photo ready condition..etc).

There is no travel fee unless the property is further than 30 miles from the office. We will notify you, prior to sending invoice, if the property is in the travel fee zone.
